The Tobias Barreto Program aims to intensify legal cooperation between countries of the Conference of Constitutional Jurisdictions of Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CJCPLP). The program’s participants are magistrates and Chief Justices of the Constitutional Courts of member-countries of the Community of the Portuguese-Speaking Countries (CPLP).
